2023初級調解課程 首梯反應熱烈2023 CAA's Introductory Mediation Course: Resounding Feedbacks


本會爭議調解中心於疫情後積極恢復舉辦初級調解課程,本梯次的初級調解課程業於9月22、23日成功舉行,課程內容主軸為談判協商溝通技巧以及促進式調解之介紹。
 
本期課程內容涵蓋多個調解的關鍵領域,包括溝通、談判技巧的基本原則、有效的協商策略、情緒管理和促進式調解的概念及程序。旨在培養參與者解決衝突和協調的能力,使學員能夠在各種情境下有效地進行調解。
 
本會調解中心課程教學一向強調教學互動性和內容實踐性,期使學員有充分機會與講師進行經驗分享與問題探討,並藉由模擬案例分析以及角色扮演,著重啟發性的調解理論與觀念,有助於學員掌握適用於自己的溝通談判技巧與多元的調解思維。
  
課程結束期的座談會中,參與學員對課程內容高度肯定。學員反映本中心課程不僅有別於一般單向式照本宣科授課,更特別的是應用了促進式調解精髓,藉著不斷提問及引導來啟發學員更深入的分析與思考,便於學員們將習得的調解技巧熟練應用於職場及日常生活中。
 
This year marked the return of the CAA Mediation Center's foundational course in mediation. With a spotlight on negotiation, communication techniques, and an overview of facilitative mediation, the first part of the course unfolded successfully on September 22 and 23, 2023.
 
The course's content delves deep into the pivotal facets of mediation. It begins with fundamental communication concepts and negotiation strategies, then branches out to embrace effective strategy formulation, emotion regulation, and the nuances of facilitative mediation. Its primary objective is to equip participants with a robust skill set for efficient dispute resolution, thereby prepping them to handle mediation proceedings across varied contexts.
 
The Mediation Center's pedagogical approach leans heavily towards experiential learning. Attendees engage in vibrant interactions with their trainers, fostering a dynamic educational environment. Mock cases and role-playing sessions further enhance their learning, enabling them to acquire vital skills and adapt to diverse perspectives tailored for their unique challenges.
 
Participants' reflections on the course underscored its innovative approach. Moving away from the conventional lecture-based mold, the course contained the essence of facilitative mediation, pushing attendees to think more profoundly and analytically. The course's debut was met with widespread acclaim, setting a promising tone for subsequent phases.
