參訪大陸仲裁機構及出席中國仲裁週系列活動CAA Reconnects with Chinese Arbitral Institutions During China Arbitration Week 2023
過去三年受限於新冠疫情，本會與大陸仲裁機構間的交流大幅減少。隨疫情緩解、兩岸放寬邊境檢疫措施，本會今年利用參加中國仲裁高峰論壇的機會，安排拜會過去與本會有合作關係的仲裁機構。
In the wake of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to a significant decline in interactions over the past three years, the China Arbitration Association (CAA) is making concerted efforts to rejuvenate its ties with key Chinese arbitral institutions.
2023初級調解課程 首梯反應熱烈2023 CAA's Introductory Mediation Course: Resounding Feedbacks
本會爭議調解中心於疫情後積極恢復舉辦初級調解課程，本梯次的初級調解課程業於9月22、23日成功舉行，課程內容主軸為談判協商溝通技巧以及促進式調解之介紹。
This year marked the return of the CAA Mediation Center's foundational course in mediation. With a spotlight on negotiation, communication techniques, and an overview of facilitative mediation, the first part of the course unfolded successfully on September 22 and 23, 2023.

本（112）年9月21日下午，香港聯合調解專線辦事處（Hong Kong Joint Mediation Helping Office，JMHO）蕭詠儀（Sylvia Siu）主席偕王則左（Samuel Wong）大律師（二人為夫婦）來訪本會。
On the afternoon of September 21, 2023, the Chairperson of Joint Mediation Helpline Office (JMHO), Sylvia Siu, accompanied by Attorney Mr. Samuel Wong, paid a visit to CAA.

第76屆律師節高雄地區慶祝大會Kaohsiung Celebrates the 76th Attorneys' Day with Panache
本(112)年9月2日高雄律師公會在漢來巨蛋舉行第76屆律師節慶祝大會，本會高雄辦事處羅雪如主任代表吳永乾理事長出席致賀。
On September 2, 2023, the Kaohsiung Bar Association commemorated the 76th Attorneys' Day in a spectacular fashion at the Han Lai Arena. Representing CAA, Ms. Corrina Lo, the Head of the Kaohsiung Office, attended the event on behalf of Chairman Dr. Joe Y. C. Wu.

促參2.0履約爭議調解機制之解讀與期許
財政部於110年5月啟動促參法之修法，歷經公聽會、黨團協商與立法院三讀程序，終於完成修法，並於111年12月21日由總統令公布施行。在所謂的「促參2.0」架構下，由財政部成立促參履約爭議調解會，掌理關於促參案件相關之履約爭議調解。各界對促參履約爭議調解會仍可能陌生，也可能對此新制度之運作方式有所期待。本文旨在簡要分析此調解會之功能，並擬提出相關探討，供各界參考與指教。
