本會於本(112)年4月18日受邀至金門縣工商發展投資策進會、臺灣區綜合營造業同業公會金門辦事處、金門縣不動產仲介經紀商業同業公會、金門縣不動產開發商同業公會共同合辦之「金門縣建築專業業務研習會」講授仲裁實務課程。
On April 18, 2023, CAA was invited to introduce arbitration law and practice at the Kinmen Construction Industry Seminar, which was co-hosted by the Industrial Development & Investment Promotion Committee of Kinmen County, the Taiwan Regional Engineering Contractor Association Kinmen Office, the Real Estate Agent Association of Kinmen, and the Real Estate Development Association of Kinmen.

此次研習會由本會陳世杰秘書長及推廣研究組侯惇議組長一同前往拜訪金門縣政府及各公會代表，說明以仲裁解決紛爭對於推動金門縣土地開發的益處。研習會上並由侯組長向參加課程的學員介紹仲裁制度的基本概念以及流程。除重申仲裁具迅速、經濟、專業、有效、保密及和諧等優點外，課堂中也向學員講解撰擬仲裁條款時應注意的事項，以減少日後產生仲裁條款在解釋上甚至是有效性的爭議。此外，課堂中也提供學員在選擇仲裁機構以及仲裁地時的相關建議。
CAA Secretary-General, Dr. Jeffrey S. J. Chen, and Mr. Kevin Hou, Manager for Business Development, visited representatives of Kinmen County and local associations to explain how arbitration could benefit Kinmen's real estate industry. During the seminar, Mr. Hou introduced the basic concepts and proceedings of arbitration, highlighting its advantages in terms of efficiency, economy, professionalism, effectiveness, and confidentiality. He also provided advice on drafting arbitration clauses to avoid controversy on their interpretation or validity, as well as on the choice of arbitral institution and arbitral seat.
