9月6日林桓秘書長出席「2024 海上絲路國際經貿仲裁高級研討會」，並以「全方位法律風險解決-以仲裁制度為中心」為題發表報告。林秘書長由經濟視角，從仲裁機制的架構分析當事人的風險，建議仲裁機構應思考如何降低當事人約定仲裁的協商成本，與仲裁人選任的搜尋成本。
On September 6, Secretary-General Huan Lin attended the "2024 Maritime Silk Road International Economic and Trade Arbitration High-Level Seminar" and delivered a speech titled "Comprehensive Legal Risk Solutions - Centered on Arbitration System." From an economic perspective, Secretary-General Lin analyzed the risks faced by parties through the structure of the arbitration mechanism and suggested that, arbitration institutions should be considered as the effective medium to  reduce the negotiation costs of reaching an agreement on arbitration and the search costs for selecting arbitrators.
