1月5日國立臺北商業大學貿易實務法律暨談判碩士學位學程碩士生，由高啟中教授率領至本會觀摩仲裁實務，由本會吳理事長親自接待，並由推廣研究組侯惇議組長以簡報方式向學生說明國際仲裁的特色，以及國內仲裁市場的發展。。

吳理事長致詞時表示，90%以上的國際投資及商業糾紛都是透過仲裁解決，原因是仲裁比起訴訟是更為有效且經濟的紛爭解決機制；而且國際仲裁庭比起內國法院更為中立。本次來訪的學生係主修國際經貿法律與談判，能於就學期間瞭解仲裁的實務運作，對未來職涯發展是非常有幫助且有意義的。

On January 5, 2023, a group of Master's degree program students from Law and Negotiation for Global Trade from National Taipei University of Business, led by Professor Chi-Chung Kao, visited the CAA. The visit was hosted by Dr. Joe Y. C. Wu, CAA's Chairman, and Mr. Kevin Hou, the Business Development Manager at CAA. Dr. Wu highlighted that over 90% of international trade and investment disputes are settled through arbitration for its professionalism, cost-efficiency, and neutrality. He emphasized the importance of understanding arbitration practices for students specializing in international trade law and business negotiation, considering the prevalent role of arbitration in resolving global commercial disputes.
