東吳大學法律系70名學生在理律法律事務所林瑤律師的帶領下，於12月29日，至本會觀摩仲裁實務。本會吳永乾理事長親自歡迎，並以自己求學時期認識ADR的經驗，鼓勵學生加強對仲裁與調解機制的瞭解。

推廣研究組侯惇議組長透過簡報向學生說明本會與臺灣仲裁機制的發展歷程，以及仲裁案件管理的實務操作。學生也從報告中充分瞭解到本會在改善國內仲裁環境、促進仲裁法規與國際接軌方面的努力。





On December 29, a notable educational visit was organized by Angela Lin, a Partner at Lee-and-Li, who led a group of over 70 law students from Soochow University to the CAA headquarters. This visit aimed to provide the students with in-depth insights into the world of arbitration practices.

CAA Chairman Joe Wu warmly welcomed the students. Chairman Wu, also shared from his wealth of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, and engaged the students with his personal journey in learning about arbitration and mediation. He emphasized the importance of these fields and encouraged the aspiring legal minds to delve deeper into the study of arbitration and mediation, and highlighted their growing relevance in the legal landscape.
