本（112）年5月15日，國立中興大學高玉泉教授率領「全球事務研究跨洲碩士學位學程」學生來本會交流，學習仲裁程序與特色。

來會交流學生組成背景多元，除本國生，亦有來自德國、義大利、印度等國。本會由吳永乾理事長代表歡迎學生們到訪，並由侯惇議組長介紹仲裁機制與實務。簡報後問答階段，師生積極參與討論，就仲裁人資格、仲裁地選擇、撰寫仲裁條款事項提問，有助於對仲裁的瞭解。

「全球事務研究跨洲碩士學位學程」是由中興大學與德國及墨西哥合作學校共同規劃，課程包括亞洲、歐洲及美洲的社會經濟概況；探討臺海兩岸關係、歐盟及北美自由貿易協議，以增長學生經營管理知識、瞭解全球競爭環境及主要經濟體的變化。



On May 15, 2023, a group of students from the Tricontinental Master Program in Global Studies (TRIM) at the National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), led by Professor Bernard Y. Kao, visited the CAA to gain insight into arbitration.

The student group was diverse, comprising not just Taiwanese students but also those from Germany, Italy, and India. Dr. Joe Y. C. Wu, Chairman of the CAA, extended a warm welcome to the students. This was followed by a presentation by Mr. Kevin Hou, CAA's Business Development Manager, who provided an overview of the arbitration mechanism. The presentation culminated in a Q&A session where Prof. Kao and his students actively participated, posing questions about the arbitrators' qualifications, the selection of the seat of arbitration, and the drafting of an arbitration agreement.

The TRIM Program is a collaborative endeavor of NCHU and its partner universities in Germany and Mexico. The curriculum, designed to furnish students with expertise in business management, global competition, and leading economic entities, offers courses on a range of subjects. These include an introduction to the socio-economic environment in Asia, Europe, and North America, as well as studies on cross-strait relations and significant trade agreements such as the EU and NAFTA.
