2024年中國仲裁週於9月起於北京舉行，9月25至27日本會前理事長李復甸教授應邀參與以推動兩岸仲裁交流。

李前理事長表示，中國仲裁週研討會所觸及議題亦為目前國際仲裁界所關注，相關討論內容可作為國內參考。例如仲裁機構對於案件的品質與時效管理，如何仲裁程序中提升效率並確保仲裁判斷的專業性。其次，在全球迅速發展第三方資助（Third-Party Funding）訴訟/仲裁的模式，亟需建立健全的法律及倫理規範。此外，隨著人工智能（AI）的技術不斷推進，AI在仲裁程序中的應用及其潛在影響備受關注，無論是在證據分析、案件管理或是更深層的輔助仲裁人進行判斷，都將對仲裁程序帶來深遠的變革。

The 2024 China Arbitration Week took place in Beijing starting in September. From September 25 to 27, the former CAA Chairman Dr. Fuldien Li, has been invited to participate to promote cross-strait arbitration exchanges.

The former Chairman Li stated that, the topics addressed at the China Arbitration Week are also of current interest in the international arbitration community. The related discussions can serve as a reference for our practice, which include the quality and timeliness management of arbitration cases, with participants sharing ways enhancing efficiency and ensure the professionalism of arbitral awards. Secondly, it requires to establish legal and ethical standards as the rapidly developing litigation/arbitration of worldwide Third-Party Funding models. Additionally, with the ongoing technological revolution of artificial intelligence (AI), the application of AI in arbitration processes and its potential impacts are also received significant attention. Whether in evidence analysis, case management, or deeper assistance to arbitrators in making judgments, these developments will bring profound changes to arbitration procedures.
