The latest issue of the CAA Journal, Vol. No. 1, 2023, features five noteworthy articles that provide valuable information into the field of arbitration.

The first article, written by Dr. Stephan Wilske, a partner at Gleiss Lutz in Stuttgart, delves into Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues from the vantage point of arbitral institutions. It assesses the current measures adopted by leading arbitral institutions to mitigate adverse environmental impacts and further explores potential additional steps.

Another engaging piece is contributed by Mr. Jun Hong Tan, Counsel at Duxton Hill Chambers. This article examines blockchain arbitration for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and associated disputes. 仲裁會刊116期
