本會吳永乾理事長本(112)年4月25日接待來訪的亞洲臺灣商會聯合總會（亞總）候任總會長許玉林，就本會與亞總未來一年的合作，廣泛交換意見。
On April 25, 2023, CAA Chairman Dr. Joe Y. C. Wu welcomed Mr. Yu-Lin Hsu, the incoming President of the Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (ASTCC) for a personal visit. They engaged in a lively discussion about potential collaboration between the Association and ASTCC for the upcoming year.

許候任總會長預計於本年7月接任亞總總會長，為延續本會與亞總良好的合作關係，今天上午在本會顧問莊開旭陪同下，前來拜訪吳理事長洽談本會向亞洲臺商推廣仲裁制度事宜，賓主並就簽訂年度合作計畫備忘錄進行初步的討論。
Mr. Hsu is expected to take office as ASTCC President in July of this year. To continue the good working relationship between CAA and ASTCC, Mr. Hsu visited Chairman Wu this morning, accompanied by the Association's advisor Mr. Kai-Hsu Chuang. They discussed the advancement of the arbitration system to Taiwanese businesses in Asia and held preliminary discussions on signing a CAA-ASTCC memorandum for the annual cooperation plan.

吳理事長向許總會長扼要說明仲裁機制相較於在國外法院訴訟對於臺商在海外發生商業糾紛時，更能達到迅速、專業且經濟的爭議解決。許候任總會長鼓勵本會多向臺商推廣仲裁，讓臺商瞭解該機制的益處，進而願意使用仲裁。他個人將會秉持服務臺商的精神，於就任後務實地提供本會更有實益的推廣機會。
Chairman Wu briefed Mr. Hsu on the distinct advantages that the arbitration mechanism offers to Taiwanese businesses dealing with commercial disputes overseas, compared to litigation in foreign courts. He highlighted that arbitration is a faster, more professional, and more cost-effective approach to dispute resolution. In response, Mr. Hsu expressed his support for CAA's promotional efforts to get Taiwanese businesses on board with arbitrating disputes and he pledged to serve Taiwanese businesses by offering the Association practical promotional opportunities after taking office.
