本會在台北地區公證人公會協助下，於112年3月4日以「仲裁機制之瞭解與運用」為主題，首度為公證人舉辦研習工作坊，讓公證人在執行公證業務時，除了重視履約外，也應注意糾紛之解決；並提供進階服務，協助讓當事人瞭解仲裁的功能與選用仲裁，以避免日後發生爭議時，因訴訟而增加當事人時間、費用等成本壓力。
Co-organizing with Taipei Area Notary Association (TPNA), CAA hosted its first notary public learning workshop on March 4, 2023. Under the title of“Understanding and Utilization of Arbitration,”the workshop was aimed at reminding notaries two things when providing notary public service: 1)to pay attention to dispute resolution in addition to contract performance;2) to provide advanced service to their clients by helping them understand the function of arbitration and use it so as to reduce time and cost in litigation in case disputes arise.
 
本會仲裁人何曜琛教授從仲裁的意義、發展脈絡、法律性質、形式等面向，向公證人說明仲裁之基本精神為契約自由與當事人自主原則。本會仲裁人莊欣婷律師則以其多年實務經驗講授仲裁協議撰擬技巧。民間公證人喬書漢先生以自身的職涯經驗，分享其仲裁與公證的經驗。
CAA arbitrator Professor Yao-Chen Ho explained the basic principles of arbitration -- freedom of contract and party autonomy –from the perspectives of meaning, development, legal nature, and forms. CAA arbitrator Ms. Shin-Ting Chuang shared her practical experience on how to draft arbitration agreement. Mr. Shu-Han Chiao shared his experience of arbitration and notarization throughout his career in notary.

同月14日台北地區公證人公會趙之敏理事長、戴冬梅秘書長與喬書漢公證人特至本會拜訪吳永乾理事長。趙理事長感謝本會鼎力舉辦「公證人研習工作坊」，並表示公證人在辦理公證業務會協助雙方當事人審視契約內容，可適時推薦加入仲裁條款，以踐履公證人公共服務的功能。吳理事長並就台灣公證業務等雙方有興趣議題，與訪賓廣泛交換意見。
On March 14, TPNA Chairperson Dr. Chih-Min Chao, Secretary-General Ms. Dong-Mei Tai, and Mr. Shu-Han Chiao visited CAA Chairman Dr. Joe Y. C. Wu. Dr. Chao thanked CAA for organizing the workshop, and stated that notaries will assist the parties in reviewing their contracts and may recommend to incorporate an arbitration clause to better perform public service function. Dr. Wu exchanged views with the guests on topics regarding notary public business in Taiwan.
