CAA and CIArb EAB Taiwan Chapter co-hosted “the workshop with Benjamin Hughes” on October 30, 2019.
CAA-VIAC Joint Event in Ho Chi Minh City
The cooperation between CAA and Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (“VIAC”), the leading Vietnamese arbitral institution, could be traced back to 2007. On October 18, 2019, following the renewal of the cooperation agreement, the two institutions jointly held a conference in Ho Chi Minh City.
Seminar on International Medical Tourism and Arbitration
On November 1, 2019, CAA and Taipei Dispute Resolution Study Society (TDRSS) co-hosted the Seminar on International Medical Tourism and Arbitration.
Sabah visit
On October 15, 2019, the delegates of Sabah Law Society (“SLS”) , accompanied by Mr. Hung Hsieh, Deputy Secretary-General of Taiwan Bar Association, visited CAA.
