CAA finishes the First Draft Amendment to the Arbitration Law of ROC
Mediation Workshop held by CAA and Judges Academy
On June 19-20, 2020, the CAA Mediation Center (the Center) and the Judges Academy co-hosted a workshop on “Mediation Theories and Practices”, providing a brand new course for judges and court mediators.
CAA Signed MoU with GZAC
CAA and the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 3, 2020.
