商業事件審理法之重要法律問題研討會Seminar on Important Legal Issues Related to Commercial Case Adjudication Act
為因應商業事件審理法110年7月1日施行，本會於109年12月28日上午舉辦「商業事件審理法之重要法律問題研討會」，藉由報告人及與談人之說明，以及與會人士的提問，供各界瞭解該法施行特點及在實務上可能產生的問題。
The Commercial Case Adjudication Act (hereinafter“the Act”) will come into effect on July 1, 2021. In order to prepare for such a crucial legislative change, CAA held a seminar with prominent speakers and panelists on December 28, 2020. The seminar aimed to help participants better understand the important features of the Act and possible practical issues when it is implemented.
