Inaugural Taiwan Arbitration Week to be held in October
CAA (Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei) and Taiwan Bar Association, the leading institutions in Taiwan to promote ADR (Alternative Disputes Resolution), will jointly host “Taiwan Arbitration Week” in Taichung in October 2020, to further enhance the use of arbitration in Taiwan.
CAA Mediation Center’s Basic Mediation Training Course
CAA Mediation Center held its “Basic Mediation Training Course” on September 4-5 in Taipei, attended by 30 participants with diverse backgrounds, including public servants, social workers, legal, medical, financial and technology sectors.
